Now let me briefly explain some important details about those Angry Cartoon Character, just like I have done on 13 funny cartoon characters.
Roronoa Zoro (pirate hunter)
Zoro also known as Hunter in one piece series. The character Roronoa Zoro is my favorite character from one piece animation series, which was created by Eiichiro Oda. He is a angriest Cartoon Character from one piece. Zoro hates everyone and everything around him and wants nothing more than to destroy all life on Earth—and maybe Mars too while he’s at it!
The Grinch (Grinch)
The Grinch is a fictional character in Dr. Seuss’s 1957 book How the Grinch Stole Christmas! and its television adaptations. In both versions, he has very pale green skin, red whiskers, a small mouth with two teeth (resembling a catfish), and pink eye shadow. He wears a Santa Claus hat, purple fur-lined coat, yellow gloves on his hands and black boots on his feet. He also carries around a large sack of items to steal Christmas from Whoville every year.
Zim from Invader Zim
Zim is a malevolent, psychopathic alien invader bent on conquering Earth. He’s also kind of cute (in a very creepy way). It seems that Zim’s character in Invader Zim: Enter The Florpus is based off his original appearance in Invader Zim. In that series, we learn he was built by another member of his species with an obvious dislike for him and sent to Earth as an adolescent child so his emotional immaturity wouldn’t be as notable. His lack of social skills makes it difficult for him to get along with humans, but he doesn’t really care because they’re not worthy of his time anyway. Despite being able to wipe out humanity at any moment, Zim is often more concerned about getting food or dealing with Dib than actually taking over Earth. Although it can seem like he has no regard for human life, there are times when you can see some humanity in him—like when GIR gets hurt or even when Dib bests him in combat. Regardless, though, it’s clear that Zim hates everyone and everything around him and wants nothing more than to destroy all life on Earth—and maybe Mars too while he’s at it!
Zim is one of the third angry cartoon characters in the list.

Angelica Pickles from Rugrats
Angelica Pickles is a 3-year-old toddler and a bratty, bossy and manipulative character. The voice actress behind Angelica, Cheryl Chase, said that Angelica was The kid who always wants what she wants…and if she doesn’t get it, look out! She’ll get what she wants by any means necessary. Her first appearance was in The Rugrats Movie. In All Grown Up!, Angelica is now 10 years old and still as spoiled as ever. In fact, she’s even worse than before because her tantrums are more violent than they were when she was younger. She used to be voiced by Cheryl Chase but now voiced by Kath Soucie.
Roger Rabbit (Roger Rabbit)
He was a hardworking, kind-hearted cartoon star who also happened to be married to a human woman. Roger’s temper got him into trouble, however, when Judge Doom murdered his boss and framed him for it. This scene is one of my favorites; it demonstrates just how livid Roger can get when pushed too far—and I love seeing humans panic in response to cartoon characters’ anger. (I mean, imagine being on that jury.) The character of Roger Rabbit has been around since before Who Framed Roger Rabbit? came out, but he really took off after its release. His popularity helped launch Disney’s Animation Renaissance era (which included The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin and more). In fact, you could say that without Who Framed Roger Rabbit?, there would have been no Toy Story (1995), which went on to win an Oscar for Best Animated Feature Film. Plus: Bugs Bunny!

Bugs Bunny from Looney Tunes
Bugs is, without a doubt, one of the most iconic cartoon characters of all time. After seeing him interact with countless humans, animals and inanimate objects over eight decades, his on-screen persona has evolved from an egotistical trickster to a quick-witted hero. But what makes Bugs Bunny so angry? Is it Elmer Fudd’s incessant hunting? Or perhaps Yosemite Sam’s never-ending search for gold? Perhaps it’s because he doesn’t have any pants on? Whatever it may be, we know that when he gets mad, you better watch out. Bugs is one of the sixth angry cartoon characters in the list.
Tigger from Winnie the Pooh
Tigger is always cheerful and energetic. However, he can quickly become sad or angry when he doesn’t get his way. In Winnie-the-Pooh and Tigger Too, when his best friend Pooh accidentally ate most of a honey pot that was meant for both friends, Tigger ran off to be by himself and cried over it for hours. After feeling sorry for himself for a while, Tigger decided to help find Christopher Robin after he disappeared in search of Pooh. He also became upset with Pooh when they were unable to build a house out of sticks. It wasn’t until they began working together again that they were able to finish their home.
Popeye (Popeye)
The Sailor Man has earned his spot as one of animation’s most iconic badasses. Originally a comic strip character, Popeye was created by cartoonist E.C. Segar in 1929 and made his way to television in 1933. With bulging biceps and huge forearms, Popeye is easily recognizable for his signature pipe and can of spinach.
Bart Simpson from The Simpsons
Best known for his rebellious nature and sharp tongue, Bart Simpson was one of The Simpsons’ breakout characters. His typical mischievous behaviour would see him wreak havoc in Springfield, get into arguments with those around him, and find himself expelled from numerous schools. Bart is a main character in all series except The Tracey Ullman Show short Good Night. He has appeared in other media relating to The Simpsons—including video games, The Simpsons Movie, The Simpsons Ride, commercials and comic books—and inspired an entire line of merchandise. He has been praised by critics for his snappy spirit. Although he began as a ten-year-old boy who often acted without thinking things through, he matured over time and is now generally more thoughtful about his actions.

Stewie Griffin from Family Guy
Stewie Griffin is a fictional character from the American animated television series Family Guy. He is a three-year-old child who matures at an abnormally fast rate, and develops adult habits and abilities such as smoking, drinking, gambling, swearing, driving, and piloting aircraft. His age has remained frozen in place since he was born on May 1, 2000. As a result of his rapid development and maturity level, he behaves more like an adolescent or young adult (being particularly sarcastic) than a toddler. Stewie was created and designed by MacFarlane himself.
Mickey Mouse (Mickey Mouse)
What’s striking about Mickey Mouse as an angry cartoon character is that he got angrier over time. In his earlier films, such as The Barnyard Battle (1928), Mickey almost never loses his temper. When he does, it’s because somebody has done something mean to Minnie. But in later cartoons like Mickey’s Elephant (1942) and Mouse Cleaning (1950), you can see a distinct change in Mickey’s personality. He becomes more irritable and aggressive than ever before—even going so far as to kick Pluto in the face!
