Maybe she threatened his family or she killed his family because she needed to find out where her son was and couldn’t figure it out herself, so she needed another person. To keep the werewolf from escaping, she put a necklace on him that heavily injured him.
A runaway werewolf, Lumine, meets a witch boy named Kody and is hired to work as his bodyguard. Lumine, being determined to befriend Kody, tries everything to get Kody to trust him, while Kody tries to keep Lumine away from him. Their lives get even more complicated after an unfortunate event that leaves them to try to survive on their own.

The two boys playing Rock Paper Scissors is just.. PRECIOUS. And of course the reason why Kansuke lost, is because he was focused on which one he wanted to use. (Miyuki) Even though they’re younger than us, they play pretty dirty.. ^^ They will even use that in their child-like arguments? At least Kansuke still looks down on Miyuki to some degree ^^ The two of them were surprisingly sweet for a little while so we should enjoy it while it lasts!
Are we sure the golden wolf is a were-person? This conversation gave me vibes that maybe he isn’t I don’t remember seeing him transform into a human at any point. Maybe I forgot? Or maybe he’s like under a spell and can’t transform, or he’s a full wolf just with the ability to talk? Idk. I’m spit balling here waiting for what will happen in this chapter.
